One of the biggest issues on the 6.7L Diesel is the coolant flow problem to the rear cylinders. The cylinders at the rear of the 6.7L suffer from a lack of coolant flow and consequently experience the hottest coolant temperatures. This temperature increase causes excessive pressure to build in the cooling system, particularly the rear of the block causing the freeze plugs to blow out externally.

The Fleece Coolant Bypass Kit will seamlessly integrate with your truck and provide an OE fit-and-finish. By adding a secondary thermostat, this coolant bypass kit operates based on coolant temperature instead of excessive pressure.
